At Spirit Empowered Ministries Our vision and mission is to help connect people to Jesus
Equipping Believers to step from being knowers of the word of God, to being doers of the word of God by bringing them into identity, empowering them with Holy Spirit fire, Teaching them to hear God, training in the Prophetic, training in Evangelism, and praying for the sick. All this will be done by connecting believers to the source of life found in the person of Jesus Christ, bringing them into a place of community with other passionate lovers of Jesus, and building bridges among different ministries.

Ron & Sarah Mentzer
Senior Pastoral Leadership
Ron and Sarah Mentzer are the founding members of Spirit Empowered Ministries and have a heart to see the Kingdom manifest on Earth. They have a desire to equip believers to step from being “knowers” of the word of God into being “doers” of the word of God. They believe that Father God has given an invitation for us to walk in the light of a Holy Spirit led lifestyle.
Ron walks in an administrative leadership gift and Sarah functions in a prophetic gifting. Together, they listen to the heartbeat of Heaven and influence those within their sphere to partner with God. They share a kinship with Jesus in their openness to the Holy Spirit when he’s on-the-move and shaking things up. They aren’t afraid to follow, to hear and declare the words of the Lord, and treasure the present tense Presence of God.
Brent & Ashley Saville
Directors of Outreach Ministry
Brent and Ashley have been with Spirit Empowered Ministries from day one. They are a passionate couple who love to serve the community and show God’s love. Brent has an evangelistic gift and a heart to reach the world for Jesus. Ashley carries a strong compassion for people and serves those in need dilligently. Brent and Ashley have servant hearts and love people. They have three children and their family DNA is rooted in Christ. We are blessed to walk in realtionship with them. Their encouragement to The Body of Christ calls people higher in their own walk with the Lord.
Harry & Marie Hauptman
Board Members
Harry and Marie Hauptman are faithful members of the Spirit Empowered Ministries board, bringing with them a deep love for Israel, a fervent commitment to prayer, and a heart for serving others. Their partnership in ministry reflects their unique spiritual gifts—Harry serves passionately in prison ministry, sharing the hope and truth of the Gospel with those often forgotten, while Marie blesses many through her extraordinary gift of hospitality, creating spaces of warmth, peace, and welcome.
For years, Harry and Marie have supported the mission of Spirit Empowered Ministries with steadfast dedication and genuine friendship. Their lives are a testimony to servant-hearted leadership, and we are honored to have them as part of our Spirit Empowered family
Teena Hall
Associate Pastor
Teena Hall is a passionate intercessor and leader in the community. She models selfless obedience in her walk with Jesus. Her evangelistic and prophetic calling has taken her across the mid-atlantic region, to pray and minister the truth of the kingdom.
Teena oversees our student Lighthouse Bible Study, that specializes in activating people in their faith. She also travels to preach and teach to faith communities across the region.
Teena is excited about the imminent outpouring of Holy Spirit’s Presence culminating in renewal among those who are touched by it.
